Every OKR in OKR Focus is created within a Team—ensuring clear ownership, access control, and alignment around shared priorities.

• 🔐 Access control: Only Team members can view or interact with that Team’s OKRs and Tasks.

• 🤝 Focused execution: Each Team has visibility into its own goals, progress, and responsibilities—cutting down on noise and improving clarity.

• 🧭 Strategic alignment: Teams keep OKRs tied to real, collaborative efforts—not just individual plans.

• Admins assign members to Teams.

• All OKRs must belong to a specific Team.

• Only members of a Team can access, view, or contribute to that Team's OKRs.

• Tasks within an OKR can be assigned to any Team member by any other Team member.
