Overview
The Docs page allows your team to upload, manage, and utilize PDF documents as input for AI-generated OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). By associating documents with a specific team, you ensure that strategic planning is grounded in relevant materials and insights.
🔄 How It Works 1. Upload and Assign PDFs to Team
Use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to select a team.
Upload any PDF documents you want to associate with that team (e.g., strategy briefs, planning decks, market research).
All documents are stored securely and linked to the selected team.
📌 Each uploaded document is indexed and made ready for AI processing.

2. Generate OKRs with AI
Once documents are uploaded, click the (sparkles) button.

The AI will analyze the documents and return a list of suggested OKRs based on the content.
Suggestions will be structured as:
Objectives
Child Objectives (if applicable)

3. Review & Accept or Reject OKRs
You will see a list of AI-suggested OKRs.
For each item, you can:
✅ Accept – It will be added to your team’s OKRs and displayed throughout the app.
❌ Reject – It will be discarded from the current suggestion batch.
Any accepted OKRs will appear in:
Your Objectives dashboard
Roadmaps, Planning views, and other strategic tools
Child Objectives, if generated, will be automatically nested under the relevant parent Objectives
Best Practices
Upload clean, structured PDFs: Reports, strategy decks, and frameworks yield better results than raw data dumps.
Use team tagging thoughtfully: Ensure the correct team is selected to avoid cross-contamination of OKR suggestions.
Review AI suggestions critically: Not all suggestions will be perfect — treat them as a starting point.
