  • Objectives

  • Key Results (KRs)

  • Tasks (always available, regardless of other feature toggles)

Edit/Delete options – Make changes or remove the Objective.

Key Results (KRs)

Key Results are measurable, outcome-driven indicators of progress toward your Objective

Key Results for each Objective can be viewed by selecting the chevron icon:
Key Results have similar properties as Objectives:

Tips for Use
  • Use clear, aspirational language for Objectives.

  • Ensure Key Results are specific, time-bound, and success-driven.

  • Break KRs into Tasks to make progress visible and manageable.

  • Reassign and update tasks as needed to reflect real-world execution.
